    If we can accept the  meta-theoretical premise that the client is a biopsychosocial organism in holistic context, then it follows logically that cultural/integrative  medicine becomes an option in healthcare. This takes us beyond the ‘bio’ part  of the client to the psychosocial aspects. Our challenge is to apply this insight clinically as the meaning of the social body.
