Free Course Recording Terms
VideoLearn will offer South Africans the opportunity to record their courses for submission on https://www.videolearn.co.za
The recording session will be conducted at VideoLearn recording studio located at:
TechnoDezi Pty (Ltd)
9 Gardens Office Park
Ateljee Street
Randpark Ridge
Johannesburg
Applications that does not meet the qualifying criteria might not be successful. Applications will be accepted from 1 October 2020 to 31 October 2020. Any applications received after these dates will not be considered.
Submission Requirements
Applicants needs to submit as much information as possible. Applications should include:
- Applicants Full Name
- Applicants Background
- Course Filed
- Course Description
- Possible Course Fee
- Why should we record your course?
What will be included on the day of recording
- VideoLearn will provide 1 business days (8 hours) recording per successful applicant.
- Basic video editing of up to 2 hours

Basic amenities will be available such as:
- Secure Parking
- Coffee, Water
What will NOT be included on the day of recording
- Travel to and from VideoLearn offices
- Food
Recording Sessions
Recording Sessions will only be booked once the following criteria have been met
Applicant have submitted the following information to VideoLearn
- Course Structure
- Course Script
- Course Duration
Recording sessions require pre-approval and booking. Recording sessions may be re-scheduled or cancelled by VideoLearn at the discretion of VideoLearn.
Recording sessions will be arranged with successful applicants after the closing date on 31 October 2020.
Recording sessions can be booked from 1 November 2020 to 31 December 2020. If recording sessions are not booked during the required dates, the recording session will be forfeited and or allocated to another applicant.
Recording sessions can be re-scheduled within the allocated booking dates. Booking changes will not be made after outside the booking period of 1 November 2020 to 31 December 2020.
Course Content
Course content will abide by VideoLearn’s Intellectual property terms that can be found at Intellectual Property Policy.
Course content will be uploaded to https://www.videolearn.co.za by VideoLearn employees.
