  • Description

This CPD introduces a counselling method that follows an existential method. i.e. an approach directed at helping the client overcome challenges and finding solutions by instilling the virtues of faith, hope and love. This leitmotif strengthens the essence of human existence in the following ways: faith serves to provide a better grasp of the existential truth the client is living with, hope opens new  possibilities for a future and love builds the anthropological fibre of the relational self.

Note.  We do not explore the meaning of these virtues as exclusive religious concepts. This CPD will be instructive, enriching and informative to any counsellor interested in pursuing a more existentialist counselling method.
