  • Description

In this module we introduce the student to bodymind principles in counselling; we have found that counselling is more effective if the following aspects are taken into account:

    • The neurological circuits and networks behind behaviour
    • The way the body and mind interacts as bodymind system
    • When the client is holistically counselled as biopsychosocial system

Here is exactly what we cover in this course:

The focus is on bodymind concepts, guided imagery, the role of happiness, physical intelligence,  default mental networks, transpersonal psychology and transcendence in counselling.

In completing this module, the student will be able to work with the client in such a way that it provides for improved self-identity.
